Description

Thoughts and emotions influence our bodies, just as body movements and sensations affect our minds and even our outlooks on life. Learn how to listen in and participate in this conversation, which uses mindfulness and curiosity to explore pleasure and relaxation, as well as to invite a dialogue with "stress" and physical symptoms.

Veronique Mead, MD, MA is a family physician turned "somatic psychotherapist" and uses these concepts in her work with individuals with chronic illness such as MS, Parkinson's, and Diabetes.
